Pole fitness is for anyone, any body, any strength. Work your whole body while learning floor moves, beginner moves, intermediate moves, and advanced moves. Pole fitness is perfect for increasing your strength and endurance, sculpting and toning your muscles, increasing your confidence, and unleashing your sexy side!

Try our beginner classes, no experience necessary. This course teaches you a combination of basic pole tricks and sexy dance moves then puts them together with a fun new pole dancing routine. Each class also includes strength building and flexibility.

Our small classes ensure that each pupil gets personalized attention. Class durations are eight weeks, with one sixty-minute session per week.

Chair Fitness

An aerobic workout where you will learn dance and exercise moves that will be put together in a routine. A combination of yoga, Pilates and exotic dance while using the chair as a prop that guarantees you will be feelin’ it tomorrow.

Class durations are eight weeks, with one sixty-minute session per week.

Aerobic Lap Dance

Learn an actual lap dance routine for holiday. It’s fun and he will love it.

Why should I come to a pole/chair exercise session?

Pole dancing exercise is great for toning up muscles, burning up calories and to give you lean muscles you didn’t know you had. It makes a lovely change from the gym and is great for building strength and losing weight.

What should I wear?

Just wear a t-shirt and shorts. Bring a bottle of water, a hand towel and socks. Trainers are ideal or you can have bare feet.

What do the sessions cost?

Sessions are 60-mintures and cost ranges from $15 to $30. Half down is required to reserve your spot.
